SPECIFICATIONS

• 1. Structure: R.C.C. Framed Structure.
• 2. Super Structure: Brick walls in CM (1:6), outer 8"tk, Internal walls 4"thk.
• 3. Plastering: Two coats plastering with sponge finish in CM (1:6), smooth finish with putty inside, outside sponge finish.
• 4. Main Door: Teak wood frame and teak shutter.
• 5. Internal Doors: Teak wood frames and membrane doors.
• 6. Windows: UPVC windows with iron grills.
• 7. Kitchen: Granite top on platform, 2 feet height ceramic tiles dado on platform and s.s. sink.
• 8. Toilets: Ceramic tiles dado up to 6 feet, ceramic tiles flooring, wall mixture and EWC and IWC with flush tanks in toilets.
• 9. Flooring: 2’x2’ vitrified tiles in all rooms. Granite flooring in corridors and staircase. Cement flooring on terrace, parking tiles in parking area.
• 10. Colouring: Emulsion to inside rooms, ace to outside of the building, enamel paint to doors.
• 11. Electrical: Concealed copper wiring with adequate points in all rooms. Modular switches will be used. A/C provision in bedrooms, geyser provision in toilets.
• 12. Sewage and Plumbing: As per site conditions and bore well water with overhead tanks with sufficient capacity.
• 13. Lift: 6 passengers (standard make).
